I have over 10 years of experience in the IT field working for companies such as Roche, Westcon Comstor and Spectrum Care, ranging in a wide variety of hardware and software applications. Such as HP and Dell Servers along with the entire Microsoft Server catalogue. From Windows XP all the way to Windows 10, and Windows Server, Exchange and SharePoint 2003 to 2019. I have also been a System Administrator for businesses that run VMWARE with ESXI and Hyper-V with Microsoft. Not to mention the Microsoft Office Suites from 2003 to Office 365. I have also done PC, Laptop and Server upgrades!
On field experience is also particularly important when it comes to IT. The ability to solve a problem when a person comes to visit you is an important criteria. I have worked as an Onsite Engineer for HP, Eli Lilly, and Telecom Computer Care. I have also worked as a Helpdesk Engineer for Phillips.
Certifications are important too. It demonstrates ability which has been tested and approved by a governing body. I have certifications in ITIL V4, CCNA, International Computers Drivers License and a Diploma in Information Technology.
